Teacher creates book "No, George, No! the RE-PARENTING of George W. Bush"

San Jose, CA (ContentDesk) May 10, 2004--The teacher who started a controversy by creating the Operation Hidden Agenda playing cards, which aimed to present an alternative point of view to the "Iraq's Most Wanted" playing cards is back and she has another lesson to teach."Last year, I created the Operation Hidden Agenda playing cards because I had a hard time finding the truth about the war.
After the war was declared officially over, I noticed the devastation that was all around us due to the war and to U. S. Policies. I was walking through Yosemite in October of last year, and the title of a book "No, George, No! The RE-PARENTING of George W.

Bush" came to me.
The story of a young boy named George who is taught important lessons in life by a Truth Fairy flowed easily while I began writing." says Kathy Eder, the creator of Operation Hidden Agenda playing cards and the soon-to-be released "No, George, No! The RE-PARENTING of George W. Bush.""I was turned down by publishers, printers, and many, many stores when I produced the Operation Hidden Agenda playing cards, but I pursued the idea and managed to sell 23,000 decks, giving 50% of the profits to peace organizations and veterans dealing with the Gulf War effects.
While the publishing industry is much more open to truth telling books this year, I was unable to find a publisher for the book.
Consequently, once again, I have used my credit card to charge the expenses of this creation, a hard bound book that looks like a children's book containing a creative story, lessons, and facts for adults." says Kathy Eder, a teacher in San Jose California.Much like the decks of Operation Hidden Agenda playing cards that have sold around the world, Eder sees "No, George, No!"
as a vehicle for promoting truth and justice.

And, once again,
Eder is not leaving the justice to chance;
50 % of the profits from the book sales are being donated to organizations that support peace and change in the United States. The organizations that are receiving funds can be researched at www.nogeorgeno.com.
"We say we need to help countries around the world to achieve freedom and democracy. I say, let's fix what's broken at home. Where's the true freedom of speech in the United States?
Without truth or access to truth, we are in danger of being truly non-existent and non-relevant in everything we do.

And this is truly terrifying to those of us who see the true potential for all life forms." says Eder. The book will retail for $15.95 in the United States, and copies can be pre-ordered at http://www.galleryAD.com/store/ngn5000 copies of the first printing of "No, George, No! the RE-PARENTING of George W. Bush" will be arriving June 1st.

The Deal with DVD Duplication

What exactly is DVD duplication? I hear people talk about DVD duplication and I always assumed that just meant copying the DVD, but I never knew how to do it or how it worked exactly. It turns out that it is a legitimate process that should be taken seriously.
DVD duplication literally is the copying of optical media. What is generally meant when people talk about DVD duplication is the production of small quantities of DVDs from existing master copies to recordable DVD media.
If you have some sort of business or personal project that is going to require the use of DVD duplication, there are companies that can help. As you search for a DVD duplication company, you will likely be asked which kind of disc you need. I always thought that all DVDs are the same, but apparently they are not.

There is a difference between the DVD's used to manufacture small orders of DVD duplication versus larger orders, which are referred to as DVD replication. It is just a good idea to...

Selecting Good Stock Photography in the Age of Digital

The business of stock photography has drastically changed over the last few years. Ten years ago, selecting photographs for your brochure or newsletter meant spending hours pouring over stock photography catalogs and ordering photo research to find the exact image. When the order came in a giant overnight package, designers would spread transparencies out on the light table, squinting through a magnifying loop to check every detail. Enter the digital age. High speed Internet connections.

CD's. Searchable Archives. Royalty-free stock. These elements have changed the face of communication design forever. The quality, quantity, affordability and accessibility of stock imagery have made it the resource of choice for many organizations.

The advantages of instantaneous access to searchable archives of good images are numerous.

How to Waste Money and Annoy Potential Customers

Why do some companies bid on keywords for products they don't even sell? Or fail to provide the basic information people need to make the decision to buy? Here's a cautionary tale-- with a happy ending. Has this ever happened to you? I'm looking online for lamp shades. I go to Google and click on the top Sponsored Link in the right column: Expo.com. I'm taken to their "Lighting and Fans" page. There are 29 links in the left navigation, but no lamp shades.

So I do a keyword search. Products Found = 0. All I can do is wonder why they wasted my time and their money, and move on to the next ad. Close, but no cigar. Clicking on the second ad takes me to a home page with a "Shades" tab.

I click on that and arrive on a page with information about sizes and a link to the lamp shade collection. I start browsing and find one I'm interested in. The text instructs me to "Click on lamp image for detail." I guess they mean lamp shade image. I...
